| Our cellar dates back from 1772. It houses large oak
barrels that are over one hundred years old (the oldest dates back to 1827)
and is next to new air conditioned cellars. The vacuum bottling line has
more recent innovations. The golden rule on the Lucien ALBRECHT Estate: respect the grape The grapes are harvested by hand Whole grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press The juice is settled statically Control of fermentation temperatures The vines The vines are grown with meticulous care; we are very concerned with respect for nature. Jean ALBRECHT closely supervises every stage, from the vine to the bottling of the wines. |
